actually the explosion you hear is fuse blowing, it has a gunpowder in it to blow out the arc when the fuse wire melts. Just before the explosion you can see the short circuit that occurs probably a limb on the wires, it looks like a blinking blue light.
That wasn't lightning, but it was definitely the storm that caused it. The combination of wind and rain caused a short out. Just before the bright green flash, you can see the transformer sparking just before it blows up. Notice there is no lightning bolt visible nor any thunder heard.
@ChanVideos - if you pause it right at the moment of the flash, there are two lines - one going straight up, and one going straight down, but neither line is actually lightning - it is an effect of bright light on the glass parts of the camera.
@ChanVideos AlbertaGamer is right they are just the reflections from the glare caused by the explosion. My camera does that all the time when there is glare.
