Haha the cows! It's a cool effect. Tilt shift seems to be being used everywhere atm! it's not new though, check out this great use of it in 2008 search Bathtub IV.

Easy effect to duplicate without the lens. Take an image in photoshop, blur the top and bottom of it, and raise the color saturation. TRY IT!
