Greedy Bankers Chase/Ocwen stole my home of 26 years

I JUST STARTED MY CAREER IN THAT COMPANY.. :P lol

Ocwen is a predatory lender - it held onto an insurance dispersement check for over three months forcing me into the foreclosure loop; last year it forced flood insurance for 3000. annually (State Farm says 800. should be the max for my house...even tho an elevation survey proves not needing this, etc)

@ConsistentlyBe Frrom what I have learned these are favorite schemes of Ocwen to make even more money, and apparently working both sides, the consumers, and the bankers. It's amazing that there is not an uproar against these predators. But business as usual for the bankers. They got their bailout. Outrageous !

Sorry for your losses . Our system is corrupt and bankrupt. I have been seeing many friends go through this same scenero. The people perpetrating this evil will have there day in court atleast with God almighty. he hates whats going on .

Chase fricken sucks, iam losing my house of 15 yrs... they would rather foreclose on your home then to give u a loan modification...I have switched to a credit union and am very happy..

Your home of 26 years, BUT, did you ever pay it off? That's the REAL question. 26 years is a LONG time to pay off a house.

My husband and I are in the same situation. We will be filing Chapter 7 & stripping our home of any and every thing that we can.... even the multitude of honeysuckle will be dug up out of the yard and transplanted wherever we go! If I could take the 100 trees, I would!! Once our fight is "over" we will continue to be a part of this fight against these TYRANTS! Scallywags is definitely a good description too. They're about ready to foreclose on me. I intend to strip the house of everything I paid for and installed myself...shutters, ceiling fans, flooring, even the toilet. I'm going to put them by the curb for garbage pickup. I will give them a skeleton of a house back. hahahahaha IF IT COMES TO THAT! Nothing is certain yet...
