  • we used this machine to make glass for target stores. double backs were not that hard to do. went from 300' a day to 300' an hour

  • to limited! not useful in applications other than large bends!

  • I think there are some variants of this that can heat a section that long, bump it out and automatically make several bends. I'm told such machines are used in Japan for some large-scale production. This machine, as shown, would be quite useful, I'm sure, for doing large-scale cold-cathode for interiors, especially if you need 500 tubes bent to a specific curve. It's definitely not intended for the average shop.

  • that is pretty cool! would be useful for the right application

  • fascinating exercise in soullessness.....

  • Wow! I never imagined that could be done!

  • intresting but here in romania all this we make in our hands the curvev all is manually

  • I'd like to see someone put the electrodes on that long one. Fire up the hand torch and prepare to be there awhile a long while and while your at it you better make up a new blow hose too. Haha.

  • Well, Where someone can find 3 meters of glass in America ? Good try anyway, Tecnolux is my favorite neon supplies brand . . . But How make that kind of curves, I made that once in a year !!!! so try to invent something more useful !!!!!!!

  • I have a bunch of 3 meter glass in America, classic colors - 15mm ruby, emerald, cobalt (10' sticks). some for sale if anyone's interested

  • Great machine for making curves all day but what about bending letters ?

  • Interesting!
