When questions were short the interviewer did great - looked like a professional interview style.
Some questions were too long and the interviewer had to read them; breaking her professional look (maybe shorten them).
Some noddy shots - or cuts to a two person wide shot would have added realism.
Camcorders are so cheap I'd recommend getting another one or two - one on each person and one in wide shot.
