This is from 1985. The 1962 has a very distinctive electric piano, plus different vocals.

and also the 1962 version uses real drums as opposed to these synthesized tom-tom-like drums heard in this version (1985-87 version) of the Jetsons intro.

When you say this is the "old" intro... is this from the 1962 series or the 1985 series?
