Love the parachute jump... i can never get it to work properly... as well as helicopter fast roping. As far as i know you can't set npc altitude per waypoint

the sweetest thing about arma 2 is that you can install caa1 and right of that play iraq type desert levels without even downloading any maps. some already come with caa1 its fuckn sweet. that plus vop sound 2.1 you can reinact first recon's assault in iraq with the wrong green cammo lol........casue thats what they had....forrest cammo in the dessert. i just read the book generation kill, highly reccommend it

Awsome video I think after seeing this I can say ARMA 1s graphics is better than ARMA 2s graphics.

that is really determined by a bunch of factors. Arma 2 engine is more advanced then arma 1 so the graphics will be better than Arma 1 but. to make arma's graphics look great, get a good monitor, resolution makes a huge difference. also a fast CPU no less than a 2.2 as Arma is very cpu demanding. and other note is graphics card as well, if you have a high end one the quality of the game will be much higher versus a lower end card obviously, dont forget good ram as well.

Actually id say Arma 2 steamrolls the previous version in every way, especially AI, except in terms of user made mods and content, which obviously hasnt been ported over yet.

Thats obvious, since its newer, and it should be portred over easily enough in any case. Quite why people need to convince themselves Arma 2 is not worth playing over Arma 1 i do not know

What you said about the 2 companies is totally wrong mate. I played from 2001 too, Codemasters had nothing to do with the making/programming of the engine of OFP. It was made by BIS, Codemasters purely named it and got it published. ArmA comes around, and they can't call it OFP2 because of name copyright infringements. So, Codemasters make OFP2 themselves while BIS carry on with their ArmA Sequel.

From what I've seeen in OFP2 videos it looks more like a COD4 competitor than an ArmA competitor

@daliborplecas Basically what you're seeing in the video...is a small percentage of the island itself. It is unbelievably massive!! Just be sure to give it a chance though, it's not a game that you can pick up and play and be awesome at it straight away, but if you stick with it...it's amazing!

virtual battlefield is the game that armed forces use to simulate and train soldiers

but cinse vb cost 1500 dollars it is alot of money

but arma 2 is what comes closest to this

and destroy submarine before it can be deployed

another mission i made

with a afganistan map and i made a convoy of humvee s trying to resceu a downed chinook outside a town

the game just never ends but it takes patience getting used to it and learn the game requires the entire keyb
