HD, this is freaking awesome. I've been doing timed sets (x seconds work / x seconds rest in circuit fashion) from Coach Dos' book "Cardio Strength Training" and this will help a LOT when I start fatiguing on the vertical pull movements. Thanks, great work.
this is a great version of pull ups...o yea and the whole failure thing....the only argument i would have made was you should not do this everyday, you should do this every three days and that is exactly wht you said sooooooo.... amazing vid thanx
