When someone is leading the police on a high speed chase they have no respect for their life much less yours. Fortunately innocent people weren't killed. I have no sympathy for this criminal. Cleared to do a beatdown.

after running, The guy was stopped with his hands in the air. The kick was uncalled for and I view it as excessive force, misconduct, and depending on the kick location to the body possibly deadly force, if the suspect was Tazed prior to or during the kick the kick may possibly also be construed to be deadly force. It seems that there is clearly no doubt that this officer who kicked the suspect should be charged with Assault of some degree if there Department has any Honor at all...

After watching this video several times I realize that not only did the police go WAY beyond police brutality, they couldn't wait to tase him, jump fences to get in shots at a helpless individual, but the helicopter pilot was making up lies about the perp running into a fence to cover the brutality, and injuries sustained to him. We need to track these POS cops down, and post names & address's
