  • anyone notice Blair said to Howard you've accused me of telling lies and "IF this report when comes out does not find those charges proven he will have the decency to apologise" so by saying IF he is doubting himself.

  • @GeeGee3374 True, but I think he meant 'if' as in from Michael Howard's point of view. I don't see why Blair does not answer the question.
