Good video! Mike and Dean I have met separately, they are both great at what they do. I read all dean's books and went to his 2010 seminar and what I realized after trying the different methods he teaches is California Investing is different than the rest of the country. Ca. has its own laws and regulations for investors. If Dean ever writes a book for Ca. Investors I will be all over that. Good marketing info though! Thanks.

AWESOME video! Great tips. The video sales formula was good stuff, remind them of the pain of where they were at. NO WAY have we reached the bottom of the real estate market though. He's right that its stabilized for now, but he totally ignores what is going on outside of the real estate world. Higher inflation, higher mortgage/interest rates and higher unemployment are coming and will crush real estate even more. This is not to say you can't make money with his techniques.

Really enjoyed this. I was a Commercial Real Estate broker and a mortgage broker in CA. Used to turn the channel when Dean was on - not believable. Now, however, he's matured and mellowed - he's more trustworthy (to me) and I'd like to hear more.
