His grandfather was an outrageous collage/ performance artist,crucial founding member of the Fluxus art movement(who were essentially neo-dadaists)he conceived of "happenings"& multi-media performance art/collaborated with the iconic John Cage, Andy Warhol etc.His mom was the youngest Warhol superstar(actress)played in a punk band/performance artist,at 14 played in an all-girl band with Jack Kerouac's daughter called the Whippets,etc,etc...to give you a peek of the creative family pedigree...
