GREAT playing! Very inspirational! Which Metro JTM45 is this exactly? - The 45 W model with KT66 (model 1962), combo or head? Which cabinet/speakers? You say the volume was on 1-2: Do you have a PPIMV (post phase inverter master volume) installed or did you use any pedals?
Awesome man.. yeah sounds a lot like "Thelonious". By the way, the lick at 52 seconds was one of the coolest things I've heard in a long time. Is that all chromatic trills or are you alternating half and whole steps?
Man,I'm wishin' I still had my silk shirts and platform shoes. I'm not much of a funk fan,but what ever you've been playing lately-I'm liking! I really appreciate the effort your putting into pl;aying all different styles-keep 'em comming. Cheers
Clams..?? r they akin to chicken Clucks??? The ebony board and the larger MOP markers give the 355 a certain, almost unexplainable unique tone and sustain not to mention the easy access to the upper frets and all that hollow wood -all of which you take advantage of Dr. Next up..Papa's Got a Brand New Bag??? (.)(.)
This is just great Phil. You're really displaying a lot of excellent skill and differing techniques lately....not to mention feeling!! The 335 is you. IMO. The guitar just speaks to you and you speak to it!! LOL!! Another great one bud!!

Now this is just some funky sweet playing Phil! I must say I really dig this guitar. It's a great match with the JTM 45.
I'm hitting the Favorite button on this one! Fantastic! Cheers, T
