  • Good job, but the confusion that Bas deliberately creates in his CD is something that is not understood by most people. Most people think that looking good and shadow boxing well and doing well in sparring is the end. Bas through his CD's wants to remind you in REAL FIGHTING confusion sets in and most importantly? OXYGEN DEPRIVATION! I don't care how bad you THINK you are? How many SETS you can do? Without controlling your own O2? Hehehe.

    Bad your arent punching through the bag;so you dont have powerfull punches , also you should twist your body more

  • i did this but we added 1 high knee after every combo plus 10 high knees and 10 pushups after the workout with 30 secs rest

  • @aussiespecialforces Bas actually has a mauy thai and all around fighting version of this tape.

  • Do the mixed workout cd with the sprawls. Its definately the toughest.

  • Hey man, keep up the hard work. I don't know what all of these folks are trying to flex their non-existent professional information. They don't have videos on here.

  • Good fundamentals but your left hook needs a lot of work, make sure your elbow, forearm and fist are in line and parallel to the ground.

  • Your left hook is bad, keep that arm leveled.

  • hey man you mayn ot believe me but its true. my sensei had me break 500 bricks in a row after he made me break my own wrist to get my 10th dan belt

  • for my 24th dan belt my sensei made me cut my left testicle off with a rusty knife then chew on it after jumping up and down on broken glass

    For my 283th dan test my sensei had me light both my arms on fire, then fight and kill 100 hungry carnivorous elephants in waist-deep water. he said that if my arms lose their flame, then he break my legs and throw me in a 5000ft deep hole and have me climb my way out. and i didnt let the flame go out, but he through me in anyways and broke my legs and arms and i still climed out. In 14 seconds.

  • i'm a muay thai practitioner.. usually when i'm at home and i got nobody to train with i train the bas rutten cd series myself

    i train them all, but i can honestly say i'm not crazy over the all round fighting series, if i did a sprawl in a muay thai fight i'd probably be having some missing teeth haha..
