Also i love caboose, well all the characters really because they interact perfect.

But my favorites are griff and church. Out of the freelancers York is my favorite with Carolina a close second. Basically tons of great characters RT did a great job with these

@JukeLobe6 Reasoning I guess is, at some point Tucker tries to restart Caboose's suit and had trouble turning it back on. So Caboose had to hold his breath for a long time in turn which would definitely cause brain damage.... its barely mentioned sometime later.
