the husk fiber is intended to enter the bowel and become gelatinous, old dried matter will get caught up and attach to the husk fiber and be transited through the bowel. So yes it is supposed to do that, simple really..
And fiber does SO MANY positive things for your body its not even funny. It would be wise to read about adrenal fatigue, how many people have it, and how taking fiber daily helps fight adrenal fatigue (along with a change in diet). But if you speak to anyone who has legitimate adrenal fatigue, ask them about fiber, they will talk about it like its heroin to them. I know because I have adrenal fatigue and fiber essentially gave me my life back along with eating tons more veggies.
First of all...who in the hell dumps that many tablespoons of fiber in a small glass of water?
The reccommended dosage is one tablespoon three times a day, not have the bottle.
When you first begin taking fiber, it's going to look like that because it's getting the bowels used to being stimulated so that it can eventually pass ancient feces and artifacts through the colon.
Once it's done with this stage, you began to pass mucloid plaque. Thank youuuuuuuuuuuu
I think that's why they tell you to drink plenty of water. I believe its 8oz of water per scoop. You could never drink it the you made it. But it is supposed to be gluey. That's how it sticks to the matter in your intestines and flushes out with a gentle laxative and lots of water.
This sounds about right, but I'm taking a colon cleanse right now and I swear I'm dropping much larger dumps. Definitly longer than just the amount of the fiber stuff I take before meals, plus I've noticed that I'm never messy back there anymore. I don't ever hafta rip the TP more than once per sitting.
this is so true, metamucil itself will couse this if not taken with enough water. people are fooled by the Psyllium Husk fiber. i found it out the hardway.
Thank you Jessica! I was just about to order my first package of Colonix, after having read dozen of testimonials of happy Colonix users and all FAQs on their website... However, something kept bugging me and I simply could not believe that such gross stuff could build up and stay in our bodies for so long... I am glad that I decided googling Colonix on YouTube and found your video... Again - thank you for taking the time to perform the experiment, record it, and post it on YouTube. I owe you!!!
