It's Space Hulk.

Sure, you don't have the Games Workshop license, but this is Space Hulk: Vengeance of The Blood Angels, right down to the control layout, the tactical map and the NotGenestealers.

Unless this game somehow turns out terrible, I will be buying it.

Yep,it's Space Hulk all right,except in Space Hulk you controlled up to 5,or even TEN troops at once depending upon the mission!

In NEX,you can only control 3 troops at most.

Space Hulk was actually scary,but the horror factor in NEX,while I did barely jump once or twice,is for the most part a joke.
