well to me it seems as if chester wasnt healthy the whole concert, his expression, his voice and so on. its not that song, its the whole concert. he's just human, anyone can have a bad day or get sick, the thing is just: do you cancel a concert because of that, or do you decide to do it?

@seanyboy212 Joe was playing the piano samples in this song. He's always played samples. Brad doesn't like playing lead on this song so Mike does. There's a few guitar parts in this song, they even cut one out to play it live. Brad still plays in this song Mike just does the solo.

And for the record, the other members have never done that much(some, but not a lot) - mike has always been the main composer of the band.
