  • What a load of balonie! Not one of the participants have arthritis, if they do it's certainly mild. For the presenter to start with a patronising " many of YOU WITH arthritis are afraid of exercising" is more proof she hasn't got arthritis and frankly hasn't a clue! Absolute rubbish.

    Actually, they do. If you see the man's hands, at 0:39 close to the beginning, turning his hands up and down, his hands are suffering from the deforming effects of rheumatoid arthritis.
