When you two were looking around after hearing something slide and crash, you were probably right. Room 323 on the Mental Ward side of the hospital is highly haunted, and there have been many cases of people reporting things from this room. Things such as people being scratched and pushed, and apparently one guy had the biggest urge to jump out the window after being in that room.

Investigations can be fun but always must be taken in a serious manner. They can be dangerous if a specific spirit does not want you in a specific room that they chose to reside. They do throw things of their wishing. Many investigators do get hit and hurt. I for one know from first hand encounter. Was not fun.

@MoonCrashed You will need permission. The place will be under new management in September 2010. You will have a better chance to check it out as long as there is no filming going on. The new owners will need payment and will require an escort from them also. If you work in the film industry and the company you're working is shooting there, then you are being paid to be there and have access to the entire hospital on the break time.

you do have to pay. I just went there yesterday it can range anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000 dollars a day. Its haunted to doubt. Nothing really happened besides having a very extreme feeling of sadness and negative energy when I was in the boiler room. Other than that just noises
