FOR ALL SEA TURTLE LOVERS, (ages 0 to 90) comes a sweet little book you will want to read again and again: I’LL FOLLOW THE MOON. Baby green sea turtle is asleep in his nest way below the beach’s surface. Suddenly he opens one eye – and starts to stretch…crack, crack goes his egg and soon he’s free. Up he digs, then across he crawls, finding the sea by the flickery moonlight on the waves. Mama is waiting in the deep! Can he find her? Read and see!
i agree babfish13, but there are some good dive story sites on the net too. Try the myscubastory site. They have real life dive stories and dive accident videos. Put myscubastory into google, and its the first result.
Oh bring on that spa! Shoot, if I make it to QUT for 2 semesters like I'm trying I sure hope there will be organized tours to the Great Barrier Reef. I'm not so quick to travel alone, much less internationally. Last time I left the U.S. was 12 years ago when I went to Saudi Arabia, but I think it's high time to explore the world down under (something I've never done, even during my time in the Air Force).
Reef Encounter is the coolest thing ever! It was truly one of the highlights of my 2006 trip to Australia. I spent 2 nights aboard and wish it could've been for longer. The accommodations, staff, food were all top notch. My only recommendation...bring your own towels.
