  • i drew that on paper you can see my version on my channel

  • u need to lren how to draw stupid

  • Will someone please, please explain how to select the lines and move them? I've looked everywhere for an explanation, and everything I've tried has failed. Whenever I try, it selects the entire background and moves it instead.

  • the foreheads a tad too tall. kinda looks like a conehead

  • I always find it hilarious when some people say " yeah, lets see you draw this with a pencil and paper!" like somehow Photoshop is gonna magically make you an awesome artist . It's obvious this person understands, light and shadow, perspective and proportion.

What difference does it make what medium you use, you still need the skills. This guy could use a piece of chalk on a sidewalk and it would look great, don't you get that?

  • @JamesMorta Yes! I completely agree with you. So these people say to the artists, "I'd love to see you use paper and pencil" when the artist could just respond with, "I'd love to see you attempt this from scratch using Photoshop CS3" lol. People seem to think, just because it's completed on a computer then it makes it so much easier. Well they're completely wrong. Most of the time it takes a university degree (such as; a Graphic Designer) to know exactly how to use programs on the computer.

  • Thank you!

  • This has been a godsend for me. I pretty much want to beg you to do one in 3/4 view and then also do one with different hair styles. Like bettie page bangs for instance.

  • @dreamgirl2825 Actually, yes, I did it by hand. The graphic pen was in my hand. I drew it the exact same way I would with pencil paper. Instead of pencil on paper, it was Wacom pen on Wacom tablet. Exact same hand motions. In fact, the tablet is harder, the Cintiq is harder.

  • @architectus777 tell me about it I have the wacom bamboo

  • @architectus777 ABSOLUTELY AGREE WITH YOU!!! I have been drawing with pencil since I started to draw then I decided to buy a tablet to draw with photoshop, and OMG! I was thinking I would draw right away like I draw with pencil but instead took me awhile to control the lines. I was about to give up but I said to myself, after I spend that money on my tablet I will learn no matter what. I kept practicing and I'm much better, still a lot to learn but i keep practicing everyday. Thx 4 sharing

  • I found that very helpfull and will practise drawing the face.

  • So all of this work is done on a computer with some sort of software??

    Man thats cool!!

    I wanna learn that haha!

  • Awesome vids, good help for how to paint a basic female head, but i have a little trouble with the lines. i make them with "line tool", and then try and move them around... but they will only move around as a single unit. how do you move them one at the time? (btw, using PS5). and what is the band that you listen to called?

  • sexy? hmmmmmmmmm

  • when your drawing the face what brush settings are you using my brush is all hard!

  • I'm wondering... Using photoshops ability to skew the lines, could you just grab these guide lines and transform > skew their perspective to left or right or up or down to have guidelines for drawing a face that is tilted

  • @Bidon45 Yeah, but why not first draw all the lines, then merge them to one layer, and then use Edit--free transform, and rotate the lines to the angle you want.

  • @architectus777 well, im talking about like, nearly a profile view, so the entire anatomy of the face would be different, would still be nice to have some guide lines though.

  • True there are easy ways to do this look for other youtube videos lol

  • i bleive that method is very unnecessary......... no since in that much guide lines

  • @apkstrong It's for starting out so that you get a perfect face. After a while you no longer need the guides.

  • sorry but i am deaf... I'd like to know how can you do this perfectly line without mess or uneven line? may you have mention it but i cannot heard any single word you speak during this video.

  • In photoshop hold down the shift key while using the paintbrush. If with a pencil, you can use a ruler.

  • proportion is very important

  • i tried this on paint

  • Thats amazing... you got talent. I don't think its practice, not everyone can do this.

  • how come it looks like a pencil drawing?

    what brush its that

  • Hard brush with noise

  • avril!!!!! what the hell is she doing in you computer!? lmao now its on mine

    fap fap?

  • omg

    dont type that

  • @TheAlana123456789101 lol im sorry but i had to ask like peter griffin lol!

  • Use the line tool, which makes a vector path.

  • how do you draw lines you can move around? photoshop is destroying my will to survive.

  • i like your videos, great work thnx for posting

  • Thanks for watching.

  • but, but that's not fun :(

I just use elipses and stuff :)

  • Once the process is in your memory you don't have to do all the lines. It does, however, train your mind to draw the face correctly.

  • I can't draw at all. I wish i could :(

  • draw is just fun, try it if u aren´t good keep practicing :D

and if u still aint good drawing enjoy your draws.

  • Thanks this what I've been looking for!

  • YW. I'm glad I could help. Check back for more videos in the future.

  • no way... just observe! It's way more fun and accurate... then the proportions will become second nature... but you know do what ever works for ya...

  • really long, didn't really need the grid but i should be learning not criticizing

  • This is the most important part, yet so many people only watched part 2. They are missing out.

  • wooooooooooooooow
