After watching an interview of Lykke talking about this song.. I totally get her. She talked about how her type of music isn't the type to get played on radio or MTV or any mainstream type of stuff but she really wanted to connect with a young audience and saw the Twilight phenomenon a very fascinating "young cultural movement". She also said being on this soundtrack wasn't "compromising anything" because she does what she wants, which in this case was to reach out to young girls with her music.
