They were actually made by a friend of mine! She has an Etsy shop and makes them to order. Her shop on Etsy is hitidecreations
She's also made leashes and a harness for Jake - they're great! Strong, but light, and they slip on and off over their heads. They also don't leave dents in their neck fur.
