I`d like to agree with PforPanchetta`s comments. As far as David`s guitar playing goes, as a listener, you`re never quite sure where he`s going or how he`s going to get out of where he`s going, you just know he`s always going somewhere interesting and he always comes home safely. Gillian and David would be extraordinary if they were solo artists. Together they give us all something very special.

@Mouldytone As a lover of music who is also a musician, this is, in my opinion, the most important common factor of great music. A musician has to show me something that I couldn't have seen myself. Take me to a place musically that I couldn't have found by myself. If you're going to use a chord progression that sets itself up for predictability and has been used in innumerable songs before, why should I listen? David plays from a perspective very different from mine, and that's why i love him.

Wow!!! OK, the video is choppy, the sound gets distorted at times, BUT, who cares?! Holy Shit, this is absolutely one of the best versions of this haunting beauty of a song ever! David Rawlings is freakin' possessed and on fire!!!!! And look at how much FUN the two of them are having towards the end there. Just exhilarating.
