It must be heavy to run "only" 10's in the 1320. The top two, ZX10R and S1000RR Beemer both weigh in at around 475 lbs, producing similar 160-170 rwhp and smackin' down 9:70's all day.
good news,i place tre-box and bike runs willies in 1-2-3 gears with gas only and top speed on gps 311km/h .. now i must rest my neck for while, but it was worted...
hey... great vid... just wanted to know... i get 1 of these for £8000 on ebay... whats the top speed without doing any work to it??? and whats the fastest top speed motorbike you can buy legally for the road use?? any that go over 200mph u can recomed without removing the limiter??? thanks
teds, let me ask ye 1 question, have ye riden both? have to admit, b-king far more comfortable ride, can see over ditches a little more on b-king but lets be hinest. sittin on a b king at 150 mph is only askin for trouble. your up a little more and takin the breeze on the chest. fuks ye round a bit. busa anyday. used to own both. now back with a busa for safety. no comparison !
The Timing Retard Eliminator (TRE) is an electronic device that fools the engine control unit (ECU) of a motorcycle into thinking the gearbox is always in 4th or 5th gear and avoids the ECU retarding the ignition timing. The retardation reduces power and is done to limit partial throttle opening power in the lower gears (to prevent inexperienced riders from pulling wheelies) and acts as a speed limiter (300 km/h / 186 mph) of the motorcycle.
This is very common on Suzuki sport bikes. Kawasaki also have a similar system. The modulation of the ignition curve varies from model to model as well as make. They do not usually provide any additional power overall but can increase top speed by preventing the ECU from seeing the 6th gear, where it would activate an earlier rev limiter. They may also reduce the hesitation or stumble of the engine when coming off idle.
i hav sat on 1 and let me tell u it is a large beast...but i surley want one i hav an 05 gsxr 1000 and i want the busa motor in a more aggressive frame setup 4 sure
test rode one the other day with scorpions fitted... incredible bearing in mind only bikes i've ever ridden are my 2 suzuki sv650s'- check out my page!
got to 160mph but traffic meant i had to brake... definately the most fun you can have with your leathers on unless you're one of them freaks who is into leather lol
can't believe this achine is legal- it should be banned!!!!!
noise and handling and speed
but looks are questionable so best to go for black bike
Gonna buy one, gonna buy one. My shop has lowered a B King three inches to sway me. Now I can flat foot it, and it looks so much better. And yes, I love the transformer looks.
This bike doesn't have a turbo Woodsy's bike has check the cans on this bike, Woodsy's has none and an air filter by the header pipes where the turbo. Both bikes are Dyno'd by Big CC racing I want one of these too but I wouldn't start rippin people if I didn't know what I was talking about!!
It has a TRE fitted. Thats why its going past the 150 limit. If you look at the gear select indicator it never reads past 4th. The thing has some serious balls tho. For a naked bike to put out that much power and go that fast.... DAMN!!!!
I wish Suzuki would have stayed with the original concept bike...with the 150 front tire, and the 240 rear...that thing looked badass!
However, like all companies, they stray too far away from the concept model that attracted everyone to it in the first place...and this is what you end up with...
On the lighter side though...this thing sounds fuckin' awesome!
You're right, WarmothGuitarist. I just looked up the concept, and it looks a LOT better than the actual product (which I've seen in person). The real thing is... well, to each his own. ;-)
No, there's a TRE timing retard eliminator fitted. This makes the engine think it's in fourth gear, so gives full-power acceleration in all the gears, rather than limiting it in lower gears. Also removes the top speed limiter.
Nice vid. I see it reads 4th gear throughout the gear changes. I assume its restricted in the first 3 gears? Any idea how much it power it makes with only the pipes and no powercommander? Cheers.
It's actually restricted in fifth and sixth too - a speed limiter to about 150mph. SO it cuts at 8500 in sixth, 9500 in fifth. That's as well as a retarding the spark in first and second we reckon.
Pipes on their own gave it about 6bhp peak. There are some airbox mods there too - inlet tubing removed, some holes cut. That and the pipes meant the PC was pretty much essential. We're going to use it with a multi-hub to operate the nitrous too...
Thanks for the info. I bought a B king back in October and it is a top bike, praise indeed considering i had an K7 GSXR1000. It will be interesting to see how you get on with nitrous! Good luck.
I am not sure where this 150mph limit came from. I went to the Nurburgring last month and it was still pulling my arms out of their sockets at 167mph.
If you get an X-TRE the gear indicator will still work properly!

$129.00 rev limiter eliminator will do the trick. To bad they installed the cheap one.
The gear indicator stays on 4th.
that one is a $100.00 $29.00 more and you would still have a gear indicator
