It's not illegal to download it, Someone payed for it and uploaded it on a Download link sharing website, so technically, it's not illegal.

the basic tool is PVM edit you can use that to edit the textures on a lower Level of Detail for mroe detail you need photoshop and a special PVR pkugin + the PVM packer and unpacker

model edits are done using a model ripper,a modeling program and hexworkshop

May i correct you there, i don't think i can outsmart "anyone", but i KNOW i can outsmart certain people. Its a fact, i don't get involved in "fights" i cant win.
