  • Hey boy! I have tried a couple of other "non-union" recipes for these and they sucked. I just made these with your recipe for the second time, they rock!

    I have a request. I know you don't care for turkey much, but I would like to see how J.B. would do a thanksgiving turkey. I think alot of us fans would enjoy your take on a turkey, several "pops" involved of course! Tell your family hello from Denver, Co and you guys take care.

  • This is the recipe that I use when I pickle my eggs... Its actually how I found J.B. a year and a half ago.... I love these eggs! (and sausage).... The only brand we get here (although I love savoies),, Is Cajun Hollar...... SO I buy that, Andoullie and Boudain. Its pretty good, But not the best!
