great story but i was hoping for good sence to prevail at the end like something like wait im a adult i should no she's just got a healthy and common infactuation with an older brother shes just know getting to know i should just discourage it and then she WILL geet over it in a year or so. I think the message of this story is that even tragedies can be beautiful. They might have been able to get away with it if they were cousins, but falling in love with a sibling is the worst thing that can happen to you. Even though I've seen this so many times now it's still just as depressing to watch.

The age of consent varies by prefecture in Japan. Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka are three prefectures. The only age of consent published on the internet is of Tokyo (age = 17). I guess only someone living in Japan could find out the respective age for their prefecture by asking the local police office. Koshiko and Nanoka "did it" and since Koshiko's friend didn't warn him about the police I am assuming the legal age of consent in their prefecture is at least 15.

the protagonist in Koi Kaz is 15 years old. The male protagonist is 27. In a lot of states here in the U.S. at 16 you can have sex with adults. In Canada the age is 15. In Mexico the age is 12. In many countries in Central America the age is 16 and 15. In the UK the age is 16. France it is 15. Spain is 13. China is 14. Germany is 14 - 16. Italy is 14. ***JAPAN = age is 13 - 18. I don't care about the age, age is just a number, but the sibling is the thing that I don't like. :) It's totally wrong! and I see alot of Japanese anime are incest. -_- but i do enjoy watching this. :P

Honestly, I'm more disturbed by the age difference than them being siblings. I mean, I don't think I could honestly have sex with someone who I have personal recollection of when they were like 2, playing in sand and handing me cups of dirt. >.<
