One of the things I miss most about Japan is the street festivals. Street food and beer. Plus you get plenty of exercise walking around, which means more street food and beer of course...
Haha, yukata OYAJI. Speak for yourself, dude. I'm not THAT old, yet! (Well actually, I AM middle-aged now technically speaking.) Thanks for the invite. I'll take you up on it! Actually, if you could take me to Matsumoto, that would be wonderful!! Saitama just sucks! ; P
I love festivals! The yummy stuff on the grill at 3:00, that was yakisoba right? The amount they give you is awsome! And those lanterns were really lovely. Do you know if they were hand painted?
@Eszra They represent donors for the festival. Some look like the donors painted them and perhaps the others were painted by volunteers from the temple if the donor didn't want to paint his own. Those were really nice. I usually see a simple lamp with the name of the donor written on it.
i love that mystic music u put on the last half part of the video ,music like that i use it for meditation, i was wondering if they have meditation center and how rare is that in japan?

You live in JAPAN!!!
You're SUPPOSED TO wear a yukata to your local "natsu matsuri."
Do NOT disappoint me again!
