@fishtruckthatloads Hey man...I know where you're coming from with your comment because I prefer original versions too...but you have to admit that in the case of this song...nobody does Dylan better than Dylan and the Stones.
I look at it as a Stones tribute to Bob Dylan and they nailed it...!!! Ken
dylan influenced so many bands , i cant think of a serious musician who could say they wer'nt influenced by him,,, question , how many songs did elvis write ,cant think of one !! dylan's version is the best in a musical sense
@krazyconc Elvis didn't wrote any song because he was an entertainer, not a song writter...Anyway Dylan loves Elvis and there is no war between rock and roll stars but between their fans...So let Elvis in peace,LONG LIVE THE KING LONG LIVE DYLAN LONG LIVE THE ROLLING STONES LONG LIVE THE ROCK N ROLL

Mick Keith Charlie Ronnie. Four senior citizens! All four playing instruments in this video! SInging and playing in tune.
Black Eyed Peas Fergie and 3 guys half the Stones age. They play the superbowl with no instruments and an autotune, and they're called musicians. LOL! What a joke! Its sad what popular music has become.
@rongarvin : Totally agree. Music is hanging on a thread this decade. Hip-Hop, Club Music is ruling everything. Even groups like Coldplay and U2 have lost it.
Time destroys the worst, the best survive. Its natural selection. Shitty music existed in the 60s, it just died out. You think the world will remember the BEP for their shitty music or for the "Where is the love" which is kind of good. Generally, yeah, I agree...fuck the BEP and pop music.
@rafaultimate69 Although this is a very good cover, it just doesn't have the impact that Dylan's voice gives to the song. Mick Jagger is a technically better singer, but his voice doesn't suit the lyrics as well.
What DVD are these from?

There are 3 great versions of this song. Each one sounds so different. I cant decide which one i like better.
Stones live version, Jimi Hendrix from Montery pop, and Dylans studio version.
