The video was shot around 01 EEST which is 22 UTC (2011-08-05), the peak was quite short. The colors are way hard to see with naked eye, but I did manage to spot a real faint patch of blue on the right hand side of the aurora curtain, corresponding to the bright blue pillar at around two or three seconds into the video.
Interesting, it seems very much what I saw tonight, minus the colors ( btw, is it my eyes, or what, I didn't see the blue color at the top). I saw it between 1 and 2h Eastern Time, or 5 and 6 Universal Time if you prefer. Does that time applies to your video? (Awesome job, btw )
