She totally deserved that gold, that was amazing. When I saw it in 2008 I thought she was so good that she really couldn't perform any better. She's proving me wrong every time she's on the floor. I'll be rooting for her to win FX gold in 2012, she deserves it

Desculpa mas a serie dela e muito simples ela sempre finaliza com piruetas ou mortais , mesmo sendo uma serie muito bonita, nao merecia uma nota tao alta como , 16.650

@guhrossi Mas a nota foi 15.650, e não 16.650. Ela cravou quatro das cinco passadas, o que aumenta a nota de execução. O giro dela é mais difícil. A rotina da final de 2008 é boa até pro código 2009-2012.

@guhrossi Na verdade, a nota foi até baixa para a apresentação. Sua nota de partida foi 6.5 e sua nota geral foi de 15.650. Tiraram quase um ponto da Sandra, e muita gente (incluindo eu) não viu tantos descontos. Os únidos "erros" foram o passo que ela deu no Tsukahara grupado (e olha que em 2008 era permitido dar passos) e a queda do corpo no triplo giro. Enquanto Shawn Johnson teve a partida em 6.4 e tirou 15.500. Ela só teve uma passada mais difícil que a da romena (Silivas, logo na entrada).

@MadeleinePhillips666 Com certeza a nota dela foi baixa, deveria ser no mínimo 15.750, um décimo acima... Mas para não humilhar as concorrentes, os juízes a deixaram "somente" 0.150 acima da segunda colocada. Me lembro como hoje assistindo pela tv e vibrando quando a Sandra se sagrou campeã olímpica, por essa a Shawn não esperava. Aquela cara dela de venci depois que as outras saíram do tablado era irritante. Amo a Shawn, mas ela mereceu perder esse título do solo pela arrogância! SANDRA WINS!

That was a superb routine, she really has such an important thing which the americans, especially shawn are missing and that's the artistry. I wish more routines were like this.

Well deserved gold medal. No doubt in my mind. I love Shawn and her routine was great! But Sandra's landings were more controled than Shawn's were. And I think Sandra's routines was just better all around. But I love Shawn I really do, she's one of my favorite gymnasts
