  • Good videos, Wade. What is typically a more difficult feat...........closing a #4 COC or deadlifting an Inch Dumbell? Who is the oldest person you know who can close a # 4 COC? Thanks.

  • Have u closed the 3.5 legit yet?

Im going to the Arnold this weekend and it's gonna be awesome.

  • Nice work Wade - the 70# dumbell was particularly impressive! Did you make your inch-dumbells?

  • Great work Wade! Thanks for sharing.

  • Good stuff!

Wade, since you do the inch walks until your grip gives out - essentially going to failure each time - how do you decide how many sets to do, and when to stop because you've had it?

  • I have a goal in mind and generally will not stop until I have reached that goal. In this workout that goal was 30+ feet and I hit it twice. The last run felt bad from the start so I just dropped them and called it a day. This is a tricky "event" because it is not pure grip - there is a lot of variables so I feel like I can keep pushing and sometimes get my best set 6 - 10 sets into the workout.

  • Strong stuff

  • Hell yeah!!!

  • Gave those inches a nice ride!

  • love the sound when the hit the floor

  • Great work!

  • Amazing grip!
