What really sucks is that Cult of Ray has been out of print for a long time. So, if you're a newer fan to Pixies/Frank Black/Breeders it's a fairly hard album to find. Same with The Breeders/Amps album.

I believe because it was released on a label Black is no longer with. It's possible that they my have released it at this point though.
