i have been punching for many years, if i dont keep up with my knuckles they get unconditioned. that is all i know i have not been conditioning my shin for as long so i dont know about that... thanks for posting
And what stops me from making a frame like that out of wood or bamboo, wrap some cloth around it and nail it to a board?
I just improved your product because mine is less then 10% of the price, does the same and is portable. O, I nearly forgot, if you break it, I can repair it myself unlike this Shincrazy thing.
yeah you cant get that with a heavy bag... the degree of contact is more concentrated on the shin... thats kinda cool, better than holding a bundle of bamboo.. hahaha
A little engineering advice to those who wants to save money:
build your frame out of timber and keep wrapping it in foam or cloth to the level of hardness you desire. But then that's not as sexy as shincrazy isn't it?

@Uchiha1EX any conditioning seams to need upkeep
1Kataman 3 months ago
@1Kataman no.the bone changes when that happens so it doesnt need upkeep. when muscles are conditioned it needs upkeep

you shouldn't learn to kick it upward because you don't give shin kicks in upward diraction, but downward or horizontal?

@tipsy700 in a close fight a short kick to the outside of his leg works well a knee or below

and you can buy a heavybag and get the same benefits
J0hnFreeman 1 year ago 7
@J0hnFreeman no it is not a bag. it does a lot more conditioning than a heavy bag. dont judge it till you kick it. thanks for watching
