This is a great series...except a few of the latter episodes which really start to drift into the bizarre.

I have the complete DVD set for the original Prisoner series. This was a Summer fill in, and it turned out to be a hit! Its a little dated, but still very good. It kept your interest from episode to episode, kind of like the old serial movies that left the hero hanging in a dangerous situation and you had to come back to find out what happened.

Even if the AMC re-write falls flat on its face, at least the Original Prisoner DVDs will go through a major price markdown and make itself available to young people who weren't born yet when it was first released!
