Yes you do get charged I had the halo 3 limted addition nd I sent it out november 12 nd they got the xbox @ 7:00 am sharp nd it was taking a long time it wasnt supose to take long if u tell them the day u got it nd if it takes more then 2 days to get reparid then tell them it already been a week I did that nd the guy sent the xbox the next day geting it tommrow nvember 23 2011

it depends. my 2nd xbox lasted for a little over 2 years with a several sessions that lasted over 12 hours straight. as long as the xbox has space around it and you dont treat it like crap then it should last for a long time.

yeah dude it's the same with me...I sent my xbox in last week and when I check it says still waiting for console. However, my console arrived their like a day ago in TX...so it's normal. If you used UPS go to their website...register..and input your tracking number to see where it is...Hope this helps.
