Here's a fact: Toronto police are corrupt, racist assholes. They care nothing about the people they're supposed to "serve and protect". Racial profiling has been a problem for a number of years, but our current police cheif supports those that do it. However, Shawn lives in Canada, so the laws might be different. If they are the same, even better, still no income tax law. If different, oh well, he had to pay.

Mr. Jones, this basic video on theft of donations, false representation for profit from donation, and tax evasion was just beautiful. Bit childish this. People who give other people money with no guarantee beyond "I promised, no really I did" should assume their money is lost.
Also while I am not knowledgeable about CA tax laws, I think i can pretty much assume they have some leniency about received funds. Like everything under 5k is not worth noting on the tax return.
Making an effort to do something for others in need, even during hard times, is better than doing nothing while complaining about someone doing something.

Actually, Kent Hovind was jailed due to him not paying income tax, however, the law is stated no where in US law, as he had brought up countless times. However, Shawn lives in Canada, so the laws might be different. If they are the same, even better, still no income tax law. If different, oh well, he had to pay.

Law in Canada is based on English Common Law, therefore, many of the laws in the Criminal Code are similar, if not the same. Im sure Canada would have laws against Fraud and Obtaining by deception.

Bit childish this. People who give other people money with no guarantee beyond "I promised, no really I did" should assume their money is lost.
Also while I am not knowledgeable about CA tax laws, I think i can pretty much assume they have some leniency about received funds. Like everything under 5k is not worth noting on the tax return.

I need some legal advice. I was arrested yesterday for "mouthing off to me" .. i think they got me for disturbing the peace, im not sure because the arresting officer just handcuffed me, threw me in a van and brought me to the station in a jail cell. he never read me my rights or told me what i was being arrested for. anyone can send me some links or something. i live in missouri.

Why are you so concerned about Shaun? It is beyond bizarre. The guy is telling people about Jesus Christ. If they don't want to listen or reject Christ, no harm or foul to you. Where he may encounter difficulties, is with Canada Revenue Agency. If you have information, CRA would be willing to investigate. Believe me they will follow up.
