No matter, thousands and thousands of Krishna devotees are are taking Das ettan's heart, soul and wish at the feet of the Lord. For the Lord, devotee's" wishes are more than anything, as is said in Gita. Yesudas, for me he is Krishnadas.
Yes Description/ details of the song are correct. Another interesting thing is that Vayalar RamaVarma, the lyricist is considered an athiest. Still see the beauty and meaning in the lyrics. This may be perhaps because of his upbringing and the devotion is inherent in his heart which has come out quite naturally. Wonderful song, music and equally wonderful rendition by KJY.
This immortal devotioal song brought a lot of memories in me. We can feel that Yesudas is singing from the heart. "Cramsingapore" please give the name of the lyricist, year of recording, the name of the music director and any other avaiable relevant information. The younger and future generation would not know anything about this song when they listen it in the YouTube.

Yesudas has sung this beautiful song with such feelings and devotion! It's a shame that Guruvayur Temple is open for Hindus only.....
