Saying the big bang is nothing is like saying God is nothing. God came from nothing, so that automatically makes ID equal to your understanding of the big bang. Applied, empirical knowledge, that which powers the sciences as well as the arts (and to some degree even religion.) Without it, the imagination is but a floundering guppy, a beached whale.
