You can use tin foil. Just take off the lid of a 1 litre pop bottle and wrap the tin foil around the top just to cover the sides of the top and push the foil about half an inch deep into the hole. Poke small holes inside the tin foil for a bowl piece. Usually making 1 bigger hole in the middle along with little ones works best. Then take a knife and stab a hole about half an inch in diamater close to the bottom. Voila. Fill with water. Put the bowl on top. Hold the hole. Light it and let it out.

@CoDLikeAhhBoss Yeah I always used a 2 or 3 liter soda bottle, cut the bottom off, stick it in a bucket of water. Take the soda cap and cut or melt a small hole in the center of it, stick your bowlpiece or whatever your using in there, and make sure it's sealed tight.

Then light it while pulling the soda bottle up out of the water, etcetera. Ima have to try this waterfall method @@@
