In PA two men "supposedly won" this scratch off from the same store the same week and guess what they lived in the same house and from a small town. The lottery is a scam! I feel sad for people spending their hard earned money on the lottery (state lotterys etc) because they are all scams! They know who they want to win already. No one has a fair chance with the lottery. how many winners do you know or heard about in POOR neighborhoods? SCAM.

@33mallow is correct. PA Lottery Instant Tickets are a complete scam. Take it from a person who has bought full books of tickets. On average, a full book of $5 instant tickets (60 tickets - $300 for the pack) pays back a maximum of $155 per pack. A pack of $20 tickets is $600 (30 tickets) and pays back a max of $260. The PA Lottery benefits the PA General Assembly members (and other absconder politicians), and that IS a fact.

Pa. instant lottery is a scam. Sure there are legitimate winners but by and far you'll have the same winners over and over again--- like the owners of all those 7-11s and other convenience-type stores.

pa lotto sucks it tells you in initials what you won right on the card so you have to be carefull while scratching or you ruin it before your done
