ill bet the steelhead started pouring in shortly after that. how long does that river stay closed how much flow does it need to open?

@atfsac It closes seasonally from about June to about December-January. There are also smaller closure events during the wet season, when the waves get ridiculously big. It seems to stay open above about 300 cfs (but that is a very rough estimate)
