The point of the commercial is that vegetarians have better sex. This is true because they are far less likely to get impotent when they reach a more mature age. It's for the same reason why they are less likely to get heart strokes and kidney failures: their arteries don't get clots from the meat fat because vegetables do not contain any saturated fats. Vegetarians in general have a longer life expectancy and healthier life.

@canascot02 PeTA also makes the tough call of euthanizing a lot of the animals it takes into its shelters. Their argument is that the money is better spent on ads, campaigns, winning celebrities over to the cause, etc. rather than building more shelters, finding homes for all the animals, etc. It's possible they're right, but I personally think that this is a bad way of trying to convince people that you take those animals' lives seriously, as opposed to just their suffering.

It sends mixed messages...

That said, I don't think PeTA is evil, and I do believe their hearts are in the right place... We're on the same side: we want what's best...

There's no merit behind your claims... I have more muscle mass than a lot of girls I know, and I haven't eaten meat in 3 years, a friend of mine has huge biceps, he's also a vegetarian. You don't build muscle by just eating meat all day, you build it by working out and eating protein, and you can get protein from other sources than meat, and its a lot "leaner" if you do.
