idk about saturn version (haven't even played it), but most of this combos work for psx as well. The universal duck hk and corner kick combo infinites, I think they are n64 exclusive. Some other shit might be exclusive for 64. Ded knows all about it (he made the combos afterall jeje)

Hay que cancelar muy rápido el movimiento (atrás, adelante+ lk) y mantener al oponente lo más alto posible. Además mantener un ritmo en la presión de los botones, esos son los tips que le puedo dar. Y Ded es de Bulgaria, saludos.
