Shadowdog, have you ever detail striped the Kimber 1911s with the ambi thumb safety? Was wondering how to get that out... otherwise I think it will be very similar to these steps. Thanks
@Texasknowhow I don't have an ambi, but I have played with a friends. Here is a video that canonhf20 made on removing an ambi safety on a Kimber. look up "Kimber 1911 Ambi Safety Swap / Crimson Trace Install - Part 1"
