MGO was sooo good back in the day! I bought all three expansions for it and loved it! Then... the hackers and 'lag-switchers' came, bad servers, and Konami didnt care... it ruined the whole thing.

Last time i went on they really down sized things, kind of sad really... it even had over 1mil MGO accounts at one time.

mgo beta was so badass. back then kdr didnt mean a thing. lvls meant that you knew what u were doing and gameplay was so slow it was easy to get use to. i remember that before i hopped over the real mgo, i had been using knife and cqc only in maps and omg i was scoring at the top xD. good fucking times i miss them

I use to be very good, in the Beta I was HS master, and in the very beginning of the Full version I was too. But people kept getting too good, and I believe most high levels cheat with HS. But I use to be so good I had my Knife legitily leveled to 3 in the first week of the beta, and 2 in the full release. The game changed, it's too focused on HS which makes the game too hard. And that people don't do AM anymore which ruins the fun for me.
