This is the most ridicuous rule ever!

- In 1985 The Archbishop of Canterbury was arrested for singing psalms as part of a protest organised by the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament at Lakenheath, Suffolk.

- During his school days Tony Blair was arrested having been mistaken for a burglar as he climbed into his dormitory after having been out late.

- Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg was convicted for setting fire to rare Cacti on a school trip to Germany.

Do they all obtain tourist visas??

lol google 'sharing pnc information with the us' - short story; us immigration don't have routine access (je excluding terrorist investigations/ interpol requests etc); at most they'll see a acpo certificate - apply for one and see if you have a trace, or else just apply for the etsa and if you get through its all good.

Hi ! I have been refused a visa back in 2003 , due to a previous conviction , then i was given a waiver . I stayed for 6 months . Anyway 8 years later I will be touring America with my band for a month , and will need to fill in Non Immigrant visa form which our tour manager has just sent through , and we leave March 30th . How will this effect me ? As you can imagine there has been months of organising / venues / promotions / will i have problems or will they be ok with this ?
