Can you tell me exercises that i can use to make my traps and shoulders bigger WITHOUT weights? I don't own any weights and i prefer to use body weight anyways. I would really appreciate it if you reply. Thanks.
@Lesbiana31 Thank you so much. Doing squats is really good for your butt and also deadlift stiff legs are awesome, just make sure you always squeeze the butt at the top of the movement. It's realy great for shaping. I will be posting more workout vids very soon.
Yes, that's an awesome workout and I always train back with biceps. I would rest at least 4 days before hitting chest again, cause it sounds like your training it too often.
Yes you can use resistance bands. They are low in price and easy to work with. If you cant find any go to my main page and visit my amazon store. I have some listed there. let me know if you have any problems
free weights, woo hoo! arnold presses... ouch. I'm still aching from my back day on Wednesday, so this was hard to watch ;) I like the technique on your side-raises... SO MUCH harder than you make them look. good job!
Shoulders are my favorite body part to work. Esp. ARnold Press.
I get sooo excited when I see weights. I love weight training. I Can not wait until I am able to lift again. Since my brain injury, I am unable to lift weights.
Traps, shoulders and chest have always been my favorite body parts to work. I like a good arm pump too, but nothing beats a good trap, shoulder and chest pump to me. Makes me feel like I can uproot trees.
I like that method too. I do a 4 day split routine which is day 1- chest, tricpes, calves, 2 day- back, bicpes and forearms, day 3 shoulders, traps and calves, day 4- legs which I train, squats and/or hack squats, leg presses, leg extentions for my quads and for hamstrings I do lying down leg curls, standing leg curls or deadlift stiff legs. I always stay around 6-8 reps and do 4 sets of each exercise. I usually train abs everyday. I love leg day :) then I take a day of and start again.
@RawFoodMuscle That's pretty much the same routine I use to do. Due to an accident I can no longer do back and leg work any more, I still work my arms, chest and shoulders very hard. You have a great looking gym set up in you basement, that's much better than having all those distractions at a public gym.

Yeah, sometimes I do them on the same day, no doubt it's a good pump.

@RawFoodMuscle I always liked the push pull method of working out, I did all pulling excersises one day and all pushing the next.
